Yummy Avocado-Chocolate Frosting

Everybody wants to please their loved ones by giving surprises. And there is nothing more precious than the gift which is absolutely hand made. Yeah, I know you are too eager to know the key to wins a heart. So here is the recipe of Avocado Chocolate frosting:

Ingredients for Avocado Chocolate frosting:

Flour 3 cups

Dark chocolate cocoa powder 5 tablespoon

Baking powder 2 teaspoons

Salt ½ teaspoon canola oil. (You can also use sunflower oil instead of canola oil.)

1 Ripe avocado

2 cups of water

2 tablespoons of white vinegar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 cups sugar

For the frosting you need:

2 Mashed ripe avocados

2 cups sugar and

5 tablespoons dark chocolate powder

How to prepare Avocado-Chocolate Frosting:

First, you have to preheat the oven to 350° C. Then blend the flour to 9° C.

In a large bowl blend canola oil (or the sunflower oil) and the next four ingredients mentioned in the above list. Once you have combined all the things add the sugar. Then pour the wet avocado mixture to the flour mixture and mix it very well until it become smooth. When you done with this divided the batter evenly between cake pans. Then bake the cake to 9° C.  To ensure your cake is ready you can check it after 30 minutes.

To put it in the freezer, let it be cool down. Then frizz it for 15 minutes to cool. Add a layer of frosting on the top of the cake. If you want, you can put an another layer on it.

Tips

-To frost the sides of the cake you can double your frosting.

-The avocado should not be overripe.

-Don’t use the brown, spotted flesh of the avocado.

-Choosy the soft, green flesh of the avocado.

-For chocolate glaze add more liquid to the frosting.

-Milk, coffee or rum can be added for more glaze.
