How to do Vaginal Detox

Boil approximately 4 liter of filtered water and add dried or fresh herbs. Use 3 cups of fresh herb or 1 cup if you are using dried one. Now, boil the concoction for 15 min and steep for another 5 min. Pour the mixture into a bowel. Next, sit over the bowl on a slatted chair without wearing any underwear. You can even use a towel to create a tent while steaming your lady parts and its surrounding areas for 15-20 mins.

  1. Make sure the bowl is placed far enough from your skin, so you don’t burn yourself.
  2. The best time to do vaginal steaming is after your period and it is discouraged during it.
  3. You should also avoid vaginal steaming if you believe you may be pregnant.
  4. The most important thing regarding the herbs you use is to make sure you are knowledgeable about them.
